Question 1

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is quoted live by our fulfillment partner Printful at checkout, based on your exact address and the items in your cart. In the US, expect roughly $4.95–$6 for the first item plus about $1–$2 for each additional item. International rates vary by country and are shown before you pay — the price you see at checkout is the price you are charged.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then shipping adds about 3–4 business days within the US and 7–21 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs.

Question 3

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Printful fulfills orders worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Note that your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on arrival; those are the buyer's responsibility.

Question 4

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Accepted Answer

Different product types (e.g. shirts vs. hats or posters) are produced at different facilities and may ship separately at no extra cost to you. Each package gets its own tracking number.

Question 5

Can I return or exchange an item?

Accepted Answer

Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Question 6

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Accepted Answer

We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Question 7

What if my package is lost?

Accepted Answer

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the carrier marks it lost, contact us and we'll work with Printful to reship or refund your order. For packages marked "delivered" that you can't find, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

Question 8

How do refunds work?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Question 9

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Retrieve Order page with your order number and email address to see the latest status and tracking details.

Question 10

My tracking hasn't updated — is something wrong?

Accepted Answer

Usually not. Carriers sometimes skip scans, and international shipments can go quiet while in customs. If there's been no update for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery window, reach out and we'll investigate.

Question 11

I lost my order confirmation email. What now?

Accepted Answer

Head to the Retrieve Order page and enter the email you used at checkout — we'll resend your order details. If you're still stuck, contact support and we'll look it up for you.

Question 12

How do your shirts fit?

Accepted Answer

Most of our apparel is printed on standard unisex blanks. Each product page includes a size chart with measurements — when in doubt, measure a shirt you love and compare.

Question 13

How should I wash printed apparel?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print to keep it looking fresh.
